How it works
At all Womens Fitness locations we have over 100 classes per week in our studios as well as a large free weights and equipment area. This offers you the flexibility to work out with a group, train one on one with a personal trainer or to do your own thing.
To access our facilities there are 3 options. You can become a Member, purchase a Class Pass bundle or PAYG (Pay As You Go). Just choose your location and select which option suits you.
How it works step by step
All our classes are open to members or non-members. You can grab a PAYG class for €12.50 or you can purchase a class pass bundle for a discounted rate. If you are a member but your membership doesn’t include classes, you can buy a PAYG class at a discounted rate of €6.50. Classes can fill up quickly so it is always best to book classes in advance on our app or over the phone to guarantee your place.
When you join Women’s Fitness, you will be booked in for a member’s initial programme. A trainer will sit down with you to find out about your goals and to design a tailored gym programme. They will also do a full body composition analysis so you can find out your weight, fat percentage, BMI etc. You will then be taken through your customised programme to ensure you know how to perform each exercise correctly and with confidence.
As a member, each month you can access a membership monthly assessment. This is where you can meet with your trainer to review your progress and update your programme.
If you need any assistance or help during your membership just pop up to reception and we’ll sort everything.
Our class timetables are available on our app or on our website on the location pages here. Classes can be booked over the phone by calling your local centre or via our app.

STEP 3: Once you’re logged in select your location
Once steps 1-3 are complete you have full access to the app.
