The team found that you can get extraordinary results in a very short amount of time by grouping each exercise into 4 minute blocks with intervals of very high intensity effort. We’ve combined Tabata training with abdominal exercises to create our Tabata + Abs class to help you get fitter, faster while strengthening your core.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym itself is excellent fly equipped and the overall atmosphere is inviting and there is no fear of judgement.
The all female environment is very relaxing, the gym has plenty of equipment and the instructors are very encouraging and friendly.
